Calvin Pepper

Strength Coach

Calvin Pepper has completed his Bachelors of Kinesiology and Physical Education at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario in 2016; with his research focusing on human development and performance. Calvin has been involved in athletics including: gymnastics, track and field, and Olympic lifting. Calvin started as personal trainer and group fitness instructor in 2008, training clients of various ages and fitness levels; with a focus on injury management, performance enhancement, and general fitness. During his university career, Calvin worked for the Wilfird Laurier Athletics Complex as the Group Fitness Coordinator and a personal trainer; working with various varsity athletes and other members of the community.

Calvin brings a fun dynamic to COM and he looks forward to working alongside you as master your rehabilitation and fitness goals.
