Chris completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor in 2012. With a passion for exercise physiology and rehabilitation, he went on to pursue a Master of Human Kinetics with a specialization in Applied Human Performance. An avid athlete, Chris has experience in many athletics including football, soccer, hockey and snowboarding.

Chris has worked with the Barrie Colts OHL hockey team as an assistant therapist, as well as the Barrie Lakeshores Jr. A lacrosse team where he was the team trainer. These experiences have exposed him to a wide-variety of athletic injuries and familiarized him with the proper rehabilitation and prevention of these injuries.

Chris is experienced in dealing with injuries in athletes and the general population. He also has experience working with patients who have chronic diseases. He brings an evidence-based approach to all his training methods and believes that educating his clients is the most important factor in their success. Chris hopes to share his knowledge and experience with his clients at Concept of Movement to help them reach their individual goals.
