Toronto, following his Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (majoring in Biology and Psychology) from University of Toronto. Waleed has experience working with a wide variety of patient populations in helping them optimize movement and exercise to help achieve their goals.

Exercise was first introduced to Waleed in the form of basketball. Having two older brothers always drove Waleed to become better at basketball to fit in. Being smaller in stature, this led to countless hours of dribbling the basketball, running suicides in the basement, and performing a lot of planks and push-ups! This competitive drive that Waleed developed growing up inspired him to always look for different forms of exercise!

This special relationship with basketball has helped Waleed really understand the
importance of individuality when it comes to achieving therapeutic goals. Not only that but Waleed now truly advocates for improving and optimizing performance that’s meaningful to the patients. Waleed is a true student to the game of the exercise world, and will take the extra time to make sure you exercise in a way that speaks to you.
