Appointment Cancellation Policy

COMPHYSIO+ is committed to providing exceptional care to all our patients. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. 

We require 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointments. Please call us at (705) 728-9333 to reschedule your appointment. 

If prior notification is not given, you will be automatically charged in full for the session.
